A SOBER LIVING ENVIRONMENT ENABLES YOU CONTINUE DOING THE DEEP WORK AFTER RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT
RESIDENTIAL SOBER LIVING ON OUR CAMPUS
At The Ohana, we know that the right environment is vital to recovery success. At our Sober Living adjacent to our Detox & Residential facility, clients are able to safely remain clean and sober from alcohol and drugs without the temptations or destructive factors of the environments that they came from. While no treatment occurs at our residential sober living, clients are held accountable with structure to feel safe and secure from drugs and alcohol. All of our clients in sober living participate in in some form of treatment at The Ohana from day treatment to individual outpatient in their step-down journey in our program.
Outside of being in a sober environment, another benefit of participating in our Sober Living is gaining more opportunities to form healthy relationships with others on the path to recovery. It is always encouraged to connect and form more relationships in recovery.
Additionally, clients maintain the relationship with their clinical care team versus transitioning to a new environment where new therapeutic alianses need to be made. Continuity of care and stepping down in structure are crucial in maintaining long-term recovery.
The Ohana’s Sober Living is an added protective factor for clients that participate in our Outpatient Treatment Programs while staying connected to school, work, and their friends and family.
BENEFITS OF RESIDENTIAL SOBER LIVING
Sober living provides a safe and structured environment for individuals in recovery and offers support from peers, structure and accountability, access to resources and a less expensive option than inpatient treatment. Our Sober living also helps residents transition back to normal life with more support.
IS A RESIDENTIAL SOBER LIVING PROGRAM RIGHT FOR YOU?
A Residential Sober Living Program is available for clients that are participating in some sort of therapeutic program at our treatment center and have completed Residential Inpatient treatment. Our sober living is offered on our 5-acre campus and is couple with a step down to Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and then Outpatient. Many of our clients choose to participate in Sober Living to further their work in recovery after their Detox & Residential Program is complete.
If you are considering a deep dive into why you use, pairing your therapeutic program with a Residential Sober Living Program is a great way to further solidify your recovery before re-entering the environment that you came from.
